District Resolutions

The Board of Directors of Fort Bend County MUD No. 187 takes an active role in promoting and ensuring the welfare of the District. In light of recent proposed developments and legislative action, the Board has adopted the below Resolutions which have been delivered to various interested and concerned private, local, and State parties, including the State Representatives and Senator representing the District.

The District has adopted a Resolution Regarding Access Roads into the District objecting to construction of additional access roads into the District. The Board noted the District has met its legal obligation to supply appropriate access to and from the District and the construction of additional access roads will be a detriment to the quality of life of residents of the District due to increased traffic.

The District has adopted a Resolution Supporting the City of Richmond’s Pursuit of Legislation Enabling the Development of a Hotel and Conference Center. The Board believes the construction of such a development near the District will increase both benefit the quality of life and value of properties for residents of the District.
