2020 District Tax Rate
The Board of Directors of the District is excited to report that at its October 13, 2020, meeting, it voted to adopt a 2020 District tax rate of $0.815 per $100 of assessed valuation. The 2020 District tax rate reflects a $0.045 cent total tax rate reduction from the 2019 District tax rate of $0.86 cents. The 2020 District tax rate translates to a reduction in the average residential homestead tax bill of $16.45. This is the sixth consecutive year the Board of Directors has voted to reduce the overall District tax rate for residents of Del Webb Sweetgrass.
