2019 District Tax Rate

The Board of Directors of the District is excited to report that at its September 10, 2019, meeting, it voted to adopt a 2019 District tax rate of $0.86 per $100 of assessed valuation. The 2019 District tax rate reflects a $0.02 cent total tax rate reduction from the 2018 District tax rate of $0.88 cents. The 2019 District tax rate translates to a reduction in the average residential homestead tax bill of $100.27. This is the fifth consecutive year the Board of Directors has voted to reduce the overall District tax rate for residents of Del Webb Sweetgrass.
